Assemble the items below and you are ready to begin.

Ingredients

  • 250g almond meal

  • 100g coconut butter / compressed oil (room temperature)

  • 5 tablespoon of ginger 

  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoon of almond milk or yellow top milk

  • 6 heaped desertspoons of Eat Me Supplements Velvet Vanilla 100% Whey Protein

  • Stevia sweetener to taste

  • Baking paper

  • Baking tray


Directions

  • Mix the almond meal, coconut oil, milk and egg together and knead the dough

  • Add your spices; Eat Me Supplements Whey Protein and knead the dough (you can add some sweetener if required)

  • Let the dough rest for about 60 minutes in the fridge

  • Preheat your oven at 180c

  • When your dough is cooled down you can cut out the shapes with a biscuit cutter. If you don’t have a cutter, use your imagination and hands to make your own shapes.

  • Place the baking paper on your tray and place the cookies on it, it’s easier and quicker if you have multiple oven tins you can use.

  • Bake your cookies for 8 to 10 minutes. If you have made thicker cookies then bake a little longer but watch in case they burn.

  • Cool on a tray then decorate.

  • Smile, devour, and enjoy!
